Hotel Royal @ Queens

The location was excellent. Many great places to dine close by. Public transportation was just steps away. The room was large and spacious. The staff very attentive and helpful!!

Not really maybe if they had a microwave

Location was very convenient and the staff was very helpful.

The proximity to the MRT system was awesome! The breakfast was phenomenal!!! The staff were very professional and attentive.

The bathroom had some quirks — the bathtub configuration had water running outside the lip and onto the floor, and the sink faucet was difficult to work. The curtains were a little happy.

Proximity to SMU and MRT station. Also surrounded by 3 Catholic Churches!

The bathroom screen is almost in the middle of the bath tub. Kept sticking to us while we shower.

Location - just 2 minutes away from Bras Basah MRT station

The toilet/bathroom has an unpleasant smell that does not go away even after cleaning. This should be checked by hotel maintenance.

Location & big room

The first time I come to the room, i see the toilet/closet was not cleaned enough. It will be better if the staff clean it more. Anything else about the room was perfect.

Near MRT and other 7-eleven , near bugis , the hotel staff was amazing and welcoming , its not our first time , its our fourth stay for every year family vacation

It was near downtown and a mall where we could find food. Cold water available near the room.

The inside of the upper part of the toilet was not clean neither near the seam of water taps. The sofas in the lobby were dirty

Location was very convenient to the MRT and a Catholic church right across the hotel. Staff was helpful at check-in.

The shower curtain is too middle of the bathtub. You will keep on hitting the curtain while showering. Also the water flows down the floor of the bathroom.

The Royal @ Queens is in an excellent location, MRT, bus are within mins walk! Friendly staffs. Close to major museums and Gardens by the bay!

The Royal @ Queens will benefit from upgrading to maintain her regal statues! Be nice to see her restored to her former glory, after all, she has Raffles Hotel, Raffles City Malls and Calton as her immediate neighbours!

Great hotel and exceptional location. Metro is 3 min away, and most attractions can be rich walking.I'm super happy with customer service. Everyone is nice, polite, and with great manners.

In the hotel there were bed bugs in the bed, room on the 15th floor !!! they bit me badly all over my legs. the kitchen manager was not a pleasant person, he shouted at the waiters in the presence of hotel guests during breakfast. the other guest was very nice but I do not recommend the bed bugs

Tired and tatty decor. Room housekeeping partially completed only. Coffee and tea replenishing only when requested. No bar or anywhere pleasant to sit to eat or drink each evening. Bought two cans from the fridge but had to ask for glasses. Breakfast cheap quality.

The staff is not super service -oriented. I had a heavy bag, so no one helped me at the entrance, I had to go and ask for help. The concierge guy had a poker face, not looking very happy to carry the bag. I've notived people had to carry their luggage themselves also.I was asking at the check-in to add the breakfast to my booking, so I paid all in once. The check-in guy seemed to not understand anything, and said that I pay separately, but I needed quite opposite. So as a result, I had no breakfast at all.
